Return Policy:

• Product can be returned up to 30 days.
• Product cannot be returned after Christmas even if it is less than 30 days.
• You are responsible for shipping product back.
• Product will be refunded upon return of the product. If pieces are missing we will not refund the purchase until all pieces are returned.

Defective Products:

• Please notify us via email that you have a defective product.
• LED Stringers from Holiday Creations have a 3 year Warrenty. LED Holiday Lighting will handle the exchange for you for 6 months. After that you will need to go through the Manufacture directly.
• We will issue a call tag for the defective product.
